Refund Policy

We offer a simple 10-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

How to Return Items:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start the process, contact us on WhatsApp (+923707138708). Once approved, we’ll give you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

1. Replacements

  • Change of Mind:
    • You must return the product yourself using a courier at your own expense. Once we receive it, we’ll process the replacement.
    • Include all parcel details like your name, courier service, tracking number, and sender information.
    • If the new product costs more, you’ll pay the difference (cash on delivery). If it costs less, we’ll refund the extra.
  • Faulty Product:
    • Minor Faults: We can offer a discount if you agree.
    • Severe Faults/Damage: We’ll replace the product for free.
    • If you need to return the product, we’ll cover delivery costs (up to PKR 250 via post office). If we arrange pickup, we’ll send the replacement after pickup is complete.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if we don’t have a replacement for a faulty product.
  • In special cases, refunds may be approved with a deduction for admin costs:
    • 15% for a single product
    • 10% for multiple products

3. Damages and Issues

Check your order as soon as you receive it. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


4. Exchanges

To get a different item, return the original product, and once it’s approved, place a new order.


5. Refund Process

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5-7 days for the process to complete.
